Our Muay Thai classes are rooted traditional Muay Thai as taught by Master Chai Sirisute.  The class itself is a nonstop series of “rounds” utilizing heavy bags, speed bags, double bags, focus mitts, thai-pads and countless partner drills.  More advanced students may experience direct application through our sparring class.  More Info

BJJ-button

Made famous by the now legendary Gracie family, jiu jitsu is arguably the epitome of the grappling arts. Combining precise movement with proven manipulation of the body, jiu jitsu is an indomitable when it comes to ground fighting. In keeping with traditional teachings, students are required to train in a kimono/gi for this class. More Info

Students are able to round out their grappling curriculum with judo where the object is to either throw one’s opponent to the ground, immobilize or otherwise subdue one’s opponent with a grappling maneuver, or force an opponent to submit by joint locking the elbow or by executing a choke. Often characterized by dynamic “throws” and “sweeps” from the standing position. Students wear a kimono/gi during training. More Info

An assault on the entire body!  Designed to get our competitors in peak condition, our Fight Fit sessions attack the body head to toe incorporating multiple exercise modalities and dimensions of fitness.  Our certified coaches will guide you through each session; one unique from the previous to keep it fun and your body guessing. jeet kune do, jkd, kali, escrima, mark mcfann, inosantoOur Phase Class is perfect for someone looking to develop a well-rounded experience in martial arts.  Perhaps the epitome of the Jeet Kune Do philosophy, our Phase Class takes aspects of various arts and blends them into a single system placing focus on concept and attributes vice specific technique with the aim to create a combative system unique to each student’s abilities.

Omaha's Ring Wars is incredibly happy to announce a night of action packed muay thai kickboxing to benefit Angels Among Us. Saturday, May 2nd the TipTop Ballroom will showcase local and regional athletes putting it all on the line in the ring to raise awareness and much needed support for the Angels Among Us non-profit charity. Doing anything from buying groceries to paying mortgages, the Angels Among Us organization has been a rock for families whose children are battling cancer.muay thai, thai boxing, tba, thai boxing association, kickboxing, angels among us 100% of profits from the Ring Wars event will be donated directly to Angels Among Us. We have a goal of $10,000!
